Ranko Matic was appointed Company Secretary on 2 March 2007. Ranko is a chartered accountant with over 19 years experience in the areas of financial and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory. Ranko has considerable experience in a range of industries with particular exposure to public listed companies and large private enterprises. He has been involved in an advisory capacity to over 35 initial public offerings on the ASX in the last 6 years and currently holds a company secretarial role with Golden State Resources Ltd, Accent Resources NL and is also a non- executive director and company secretary for East Energy Resources Ltd.
